1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PaisaTrack, you confirm that you:

• Have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

PaisaTrack is a personal finance tracking tool that helps Indian users:

• Track daily income and expenses.
• Manage fixed monthly payments (EMI, rent, bills).
• Monitor financial health with smart insights.
• Set and track savings goals.
• Generate monthly financial reports.

The service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person per account - sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PaisaTrack only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Use the service for any illegal financial activities.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the service.
• Try to access other users' data.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

5. Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan includes:

• Basic expense and income tracking.
• Fixed expenses management.
• Monthly reports and data export.
• Cloud backup and sync.

Premium Plan (₹99/year) includes:

• All Free Plan features.
• Financial Health Score.
• Smart Insights and AI-like analysis.
• Advanced Charts (pie, bar charts).
• Goal Planner and Goal Simulator.
• Net Worth Tracker.
• Unlimited Excel/PDF exports.

Payment Terms:

• Premium subscription costs ₹99 per year.
• Payment is processed via Razorpay.
• Subscription is non-refundable once activated.
• Premium is activated within 24 hours of payment verification.

6. Financial Disclaimer

⚠️ Important: PaisaTrack is a tracking and planning tool only. It does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance. Always consult a certified financial advisor (SEBI-registered) for investment decisions.

We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on data displayed in the app.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of PaisaTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PaisaTrack — including but not limited to the design, code, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by PaisaTrack and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaisaTrack shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data due to technical issues.
• Any financial loss resulting from decisions made using the app.
• Service interruptions or downtime.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PaisaTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
