After making payment, follow these steps:
- Make payment of ₹99 via the Premium tab in the app.
- Note your Transaction ID / UTR Number from your payment app (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm).
- Send an email to PaisatrackSupport@gmail.com with:
- Subject: Premium Activation Request
- Your registered email address
- Transaction ID / UTR Number
- Payment amount and date
- Premium will be activated within 24 hours of verification.

Is PaisaTrack really free?
Yes! PaisaTrack is completely free to use with all core features including expense tracking, income tracking, reports, and cloud sync. Premium (₹99/year) unlocks advanced features like Health Score, Smart Insights, and Goal Planner.
Is my financial data safe?
Absolutely. Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase with industry-leading security. Only you can access your data through your personal account. We never sell or share your financial data. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Do I need to download an app?
No! PaisaTrack works directly in your browser. You can also add it to your home screen like an app using "Add to Home Screen" in Chrome. It works offline too!
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the login screen, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Go to Report tab → Export button to download your data as Excel/CSV. You can also take a JSON backup from the same section to restore later.
What languages are supported?
PaisaTrack currently supports English, Hindi, and Marathi. You can switch language from the flag icon in the top-right corner of the app.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at PaisatrackSupport@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Account" from your registered email address. We will process it within 48 hours.
